Of every moment spent with Francis I will rather remember him for the biggest Lie and Truth he ever told me passively.


After narrowly escaping an accident on one of our numerous trip from Ijebu-Ode, Francis smiled and told me: “NO TOO WORRY ELO, ME AND YOU NO GO QUICK DIE. NA ONLY GOOD PERSON DEY QUICK DIE. ELO, ME AND YOU KNOW SAY WE NO TOO GOOD LIKE THAT…” He slept off even before I could reenter the road.


His biggest Lie (ME AND YOU NO GO QUICK DIE). His biggest Truth (NA ONLY GOOD PEOPLE DEY QUICK DIE). 


Goodnight Francis, I knew and will always remember you as a GOOD Friend, Teacher, Husband, Father and MAN.
